Job description
We are looking for an experienced Level 2 IT Support professional to join our dynamic team within a European institution specializing in IT services, with a focus on network and security. The ideal candidate will have solid ITIL experience and advanced English proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 technical support for internal and external users
- Diagnose and resolve technical incidents related to networks and security
- Participate in the continuous improvement of ITIL processes
- Collaborate with Level 1 teams and other departments to ensure effective problem resolution
- Document procedures and technical solutions
- Train and assist users on IT best practices
Required skills
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in IT support
- In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes
- ITIL certification (preferred)
- Proficiency in network and security technologies
- Excellent communication skills in English (advanced level, written and spoken)
- Ability to work in a team and manage priorities
Qualifications
- Degree in computer science or related field
- ITIL certification (preferred)
- Experience in an IT services environment
- European nationality required
